Payment processor
Card and wallet payments are processed securely by Airwallex, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are entered on Airwallex’s secure payment form and sent directly to Airwallex.
We never see or store your full card number or your Airwallex login details.

The payment options shown at checkout may vary by your device, browser and country. Pay-later options are provided by the named provider; approval, repayment schedule and any fees are set by that provider and shown before you confirm.
Currency and charges
Prices are listed in USD. You are charged when you place your order. If your payment method uses another currency, your bank or provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.

Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption (https) on every page. Airwallex may ask your bank for additional verification (3D Secure) to protect you from fraud.
Declined or duplicate payments
If your payment is declined, no money is taken; please check your details or contact your bank or Airwallex. If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will refund any duplicate charge within 5 business days.
